Preparation

All the participants are requested to prepare an initial documentation regarding their local and national realities and to share this with the other participants by using this blog as well as throughout the training course. We kindly ask all participants to prepare for the training course in the following ways:

•  Presentation of a good practice put in place by your sending organization, city or country, on artistic events or practices as a lever for learning and employability of disadvantaged young artists (eg: street animations, festival, dance, circus, etc.)
• Prepare a presentation of good practice (in form of video, photos, website, podcast or other) that exist in your organization, community or country, linked to employability and inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities using art as a lever (eg: dance workshops in disadvantaged neighborhoods, writing workshops of song lyrics, theater (forum theatre) with and among disadvantaged youth …)
• Prepare an idea for project to develop during the training course 
• Prepare according to your own creativity and innovation (please no power point), a presentation of your country, region and bring some culinary specialties for intercultural evening (just snacks/small things, please, as it will not be possible to cook) in your area for the other participants and the local population. 
• Be prepared to present your sending organization (bring brochures, flyers, posters …)

Tous les participants sont invités à avoir une documentation initiale sur leurs réalités locales et nationales et de partager ces informations avec les autres participants à l'aide de ce blog ainsi que durant la formation. Nous demandons à tous les participants de se préparer, en amont de la formation: 

• Présentation d’une bonne pratique mise en place par votre association d’envoi, localité ou pays, sur des événements ou pratiques artistiques en tant que tremplin pour l’apprentissage et l’employabilité des jeunes artistes défavorisés (ex : animations de rues, festival, danse, cirque, etc.)
• Préparer une présentation de bonne pratique (sous forme de vidéo, photos, site Internet, podcast ou autre), existant dans votre organisation, localité ou pays, liée à l’employabilité et l’inclusion des jeunes ayant moins d’opportunités en utilisant l’art comme levier (ex : ateliers de danse dans les quartiers sensibles, ateliers d’écriture de texte de chanson, théâtre (théâtre forum) avec et auprès de jeunes défavorisés,  …)
• Réfléchir à une idée de projet à développer durant la formation.
• Préparer une présentation de votre pays et/ou région selon votre propre créativité et innovation (pas de présentation Powerpoint, s’il vous plaît !)
• Ramener quelques spécialités culinaires (juste pour goûter, il ne sera pas possible de cuisiner sur place) de votre localité, pour les autres participants et la population locale.
• Soyez prêt à présenter votre organisation d'envoi (apportez brochures, dépliants, affiches ...)
