Day 8

In the morning, the energizer activity and the linguistic workshop about Swedish language were followed by a workshop about recommendations the participants had to think, after being divided into three groups, about how to give concrete means to promote professional inclusion through artistic actions. During their presentations all the groups underlined the importance of organizing festivals, workshops, training courses, various tools to support knowledge and education. This last topic was the main focus of the second group (suggesting the creation of youth funds, summer jobs etc…) while the third one pointed out the importance of media, advertising and to create an effective a concrete plan.  

The rehearsals continued in the morning and during all the afternoon. Afterwards, participants gathered to discuss and decide on the dances that will be presented during the final show (traditional dances, solos, duets, etc.). Before the safari photo presentations, the European Youthpass and 8 key competences were presented to participants in order to explain them how completing the form. The document has three sections in total: 1) personal information, 2) project description, 3) competences acquired.

Huitième jour

L’energizer et l’atelier linguistique en suédois terminés, les participants se sont séparés en trois groupes afin de réfléchir ensemble et de proposer des recommandations sur des moyens concrets pour favoriser la professionnalisation des jeunes par l’action culturelle qui seront restituées aux représentants locaux et nationaux (ONG, Conseil de l’Europe, etc.).

Les répétitions ont continué le matin et tout au long de l’après-midi. Les participants se sont ensuite réunis afin de décider des danses qui seront présentés au cours du spectacle final (danses traditionnelles, solos, duos, etc.). Pendant le groupe de réflexion, les participants ont exprimé leur satisfaction des activités de la journée. Une liste des compétences acquises pendant la formation leur a été donnée afin de mieux cerner leur progression individuelle, personnelle (langue, compréhension d’autres langues étrangères, compétences, travail dans un environnement interculturel, management de projets, etc.). Cela leur permettra de réaliser « Youthpass ».
